Writers Guild Of Texas March Workshop
March 27 - Saturday workshop with Charlotte Lanham, multi published Chicken Soup author.

Held at the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, 10:00 till 2-2:30; $25.00 for non-members and $20.00 for members

Included in this fee is the opportunity for anyone attending the workshop to send Charlotte a Current Needs Chicken Soup story within the following two weeks following the workshop.

Charlotte will judge the stories, select a winner, and give the winning story a free critique and help the author get the story ready for submission. (She has had more than one winner be published in CSS)

Topics covered during the workshop will Include: Charlotte's success story, 10 Top Reasons to Write for Chicken Soup, Readings, The Recipe for a Good Story, Current Needs

Hot Tips from the Editor, Actual writing exercises throughout the day. (hooks, titles, good beginnings, good endings, etc.)

If you are interested in writing first person true stories--whether for publication (for Chicken Soup for the soul or others) or to record true family stories for the next generation-- you won't want to miss this workshop.
